Shree Gohilwad Dasha Shrimali Sewa Sangh was founded on March 26, 1982, by esteemed individuals whose vision was to serve the community. Our inaugural entertainment program took place on June 10, 1984, at Bhaidas Sabhagruh, marking our first fundraising effort where Rs. 3 lacs were raised.
Notable guests included Shri Natwarlal Champkalal Parekh, Shri Sanmukhlal Nanalal Shah, and Shri Bhupatrai Keshavji Doshi.
In 1987, with the generous support of Trustee Shri Kanhaiyalal Harilal Desai, our Sangh purchased an office at Vimla Apartment, Borivali (West), a significant milestone in our journey.
Since then, our membership has steadily grown, boasting over 3150 Life and Patron members. Through 25 different initiatives and the interest accrued from our corpus funds, we are helping our needy Shri Gohilwad Dashashrimali Seva Sangh Life Members in Educational, Medical, Anaj Rahat, Matrimonial, Pariyatan Program and Sanskrit Program, Mahila Vibhag activities and numerous social welfare activities, with a special focus on aiding girls and women in need.
